Practice Management Specialist

This role is responsible for overseeing the financial management of a fast-paced GP surgery, ensuring that all financial drivers are effectively managed.
The post-holder will be accountable for managing administrative staff and non-clinical nursing staff, including conducting staff appraisals and organizing recruitment and training.
Maintaining quality within the practice is also a key responsibility, with the post-holder required to report internally on practice performance through relevant manager meetings.
A salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.
- To manage Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF), recall systems, Practice accounts and daily cash-flow.
- To oversee the administrative staff and non-clinical management of nursing staff.
- To maintain quality within the practice.
- To report internally regarding Practice performance.
