Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract until 1st April 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Ark's payroll processing, ensuring accurate pay calculations and timely payment of monthly payroll and expenses.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Accurately process payroll and ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation
  2. Manage data input and maintain accurate records
  3. Collaborate with the Payroll team to meet deadlines

Requirements and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in Payroll, preferably in a similar role
  • Current knowledge of UK payroll legislation
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
