Job Title: Senior Critical Care Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at a specialist Private Hospital in Birmingham. As a Senior Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of critical care nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective, evidence-based, and patient-focused care to critically ill patients
  • Lead a team of critical care nurses and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience working at a senior capacity
  • Extensive experience working within Critical Care
  • Experience caring for Level 1 to Level 3 patients
  • ILS trained, ALS will be advantageous
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Motivated individual
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High sense of personal responsibility
