Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at ABM. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with starter/leaver processes, including documentation, contracts, and offer letters.
  • Conduct immigration documentation checks for new starters and existing employees.
  • Work in partnership with HR and Payroll teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date data records.
  • Prepare contracts and letters for changes to employee terms and conditions.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and share with relevant management teams.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Department, including filing, answering phone calls, scanning, photocopying, and emails.

Requirements

  • Preferable experience in Human Resources administration.
  • Good understanding of Right to Work requirements.
  • Ability to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and defined standards.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Good personal organization and a flexible approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • A creative and decisive thinker.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
