Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Pareto FM. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general cleaning duties, including dusting, tidying, and cleaning floors using mops, vacuum cleaners, and floor cleaners.
  • Clean washrooms and ensure they are well-stocked with essential supplies.
  • Take a direct interest in the health and safety of yourself, your colleagues, and others who may be affected by your work activities.
  • Ensure chemical and cleaning products are handled and stored safely.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the highest standard of work and maintain a positive team spirit.
  • Communicate any unresolved cleaning issues to the management team.

Requirements

  • Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
