Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in the East Anglia Region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional field service support.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance field service delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the CHP sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary package (£36,000 - £42,000) plus benefits.
- Annual bonus up to £3,000.
- On-call allowance up to £2,600.
- Overtime at x1.5 base rate.
