Area Sales Manager Position

Brake Bros Limited is seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the role of Area Sales Manager. Based in Hampshire, this position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance.
This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a home/field-based contract, enjoying the freedom to manage your own area while still being part of a dynamic team. You will be responsible for researching sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and working closely with our distribution Centre and drivers to achieve profitable volume growth and hit targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales or account management, with excellent commercial acumen and technical skills in Excel. A passion for sales, combined with a food background, would be highly beneficial but not essential.
