Job Title: Document Management Specialist

Salary: £40,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of documents.

  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Processing hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input along with supporting the management team
  • Providing support to the business and learning the relevant skills and knowledge to assist the Management team and Document Control
  • Assisting the company in managing the registration, receipt, distribution, and issue of all project documentation
  • Assisting with and collating O&M Manuals
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing project documentation including drawings
  • Recording keeping of each document's status and revisions
Key Skills:
  • Experience in document management and control
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
