4way Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator Professional to join their team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bids across various commercial, domestic, and industrial sites.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, with on-site free parking and access to excellent employee benefits.

  • Coordinating bid submissions to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Managing bid documentation and ensuring compliance with company procedures;
  • Assisting in the preparation of tenders and proposals;
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the business through effective bid coordination and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator or in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Good understanding of the Fire & Security industry and its requirements.
