About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Pain Management team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychologist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering evidence-based psychological assessments and treatments for patients with chronic pain.
Main Responsibilities
As a Clinical Psychologist in Pain Management, you will be responsible for:
- Providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions for patients with chronic pain
- Developing and delivering evidence-based pain management programs
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Conducting psychological assessments and interventions for patients with complex mental health needs
Person Specification
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working with patients with chronic pain and complex mental health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
