Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our stores happy and satisfied.
  • Sell our products and services, matching them to customers' needs and preferences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve store goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new releases and features.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
