About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our global client leadership team as a Client Network Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local teams, identifying best-in-class work, and collaborating with strategy teams to deliver global brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with local teams and identify best-in-class work to elevate to global clients and roll out across all markets.
  • Support the Client Director in collaborating with strategy teams and external agency partners.
  • Deliver global brand strategies and help local teams adapt to their markets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of global reporting and provide analysis and insight into results and recommendations.
  • Reinforce Team Flow best practices and help local markets implement them into their everyday planning and activation.
  • Oversee the finance billing process to collate POs, update budget trackers, and monitor client billing.

Person Specification:

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and excited by a challenge.
  • Delights clients and enjoys collaborating with them.
  • Knows how to craft and evaluate a media plan.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to identify potential problems and understand when to escalate.
  • Comfortable working cross-discipline and working with creative, ecommerce, PR, and experience agency partners.
