Job Summary:
As a Community Nurse with Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a community setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes or community settings
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet individual patient needs
- Deliver education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid live pin
- Recent UK nursing experience
- Must have Community nursing experience
