Job Title: Restoration Professional

Company Overview: Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking a Restoration Professional to join our team in the Property Damage Restoration sector. Our company provides restoration services for commercial and residential properties following events such as fire or flooding.

Salary: £25,000 per annum with overtime over 40 hours.

Job Description:

  1. Restore Properties: As a Restoration Professional, you will be involved in restoring commercial and residential properties to their original state following damage caused by fire or flooding.
  2. Set Up Equipment: You will be responsible for setting up equipment to begin and complete the drying out process of the property.
  3. Manage Reports: You will need to upload project reports and updates to the company claims management system.
  4. Team Meetings: You will attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share knowledge.
  5. Travel and Accommodation: You will travel extensively throughout the week, staying away from home regularly, with fully expensed accommodation and a meal allowance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience: You should have previous experience in a similar damage restoration or construction labouring position where you have worked extensively with building materials.
  2. Manual Dexterity: You should possess manual dexterity and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  3. PC Literacy: You should have a good level of general education and PC literacy to effectively manage reports and other tasks.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, along with empathy and customer service skills.
  5. Flexibility: You should be able to work away from home on a regular basis and sometimes at short notice.
