Arboriculture Expert

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is a leading environmental consulting firm that delivers innovative solutions to infrastructure projects nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Arboriculture Consultant to join our team and contribute to the design and build of highways, energy, and water sector projects across the UK, with an initial focus in the south.

Your main responsibility will be to support the environmental team in undertaking tree surveys in accordance with BS 5837:2012, producing arboriculture impact assessments, hedgerow surveys, and coordinating TPO applications. You will also lead discussions with tree officers and affected stakeholders, work closely with town planners, environmental consultants, ecologists, landscape architects, and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or minimum Level 3 Arboriculture qualification, working understanding of CAD and digital survey hardware and software, including GIS, and experience in managing arboricultural sub-contractors where required. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, a strong culture of learning and development, and a great environment to work in.
