Porter and Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Porter and Receptionist to assist with the smooth operation of our hospital on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and experience in delivering high-quality customer care. You will also need to be adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and tidy lobby and public areas.
• Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with setting up rooms or moving furniture.
• Handle reception duties, including booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure customer safety.
