">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Team Lead to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Operations Managers (COM) to drive business results and implement significant transformational changes.

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of COMs to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service">
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business outcomes">
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to COMs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles">
- Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the organization">
About You
">We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of leadership and team development. You should have a deep understanding of the postal industry and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
">You will be responsible for delivering exceptional results while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment. You should be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners.
