Job Description:
NISI is a leading provider of community mental health services, and we are currently seeking a Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality mental health services, ensuring clinical and statutory compliance, and fostering collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.

Salary: £43,000 per annum

About You:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional who can provide expert clinical assessments and interventions, address complex service user needs, and promote user- and carer-centered care plans. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and administrative services efficiently. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, GPs, and statutory/voluntary sector partners.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide expert clinical assessments and interventions, addressing the complex needs of service users.
-Ensure robust duty systems and risk management protocols are operational.
-Support the implementation of statutory frameworks, including Safeguarding, Care Act assessments, and Mental Health Act processes.

Requirements:
-Relevant clinical qualification and registration with a professional body.
-Leadership experience in clinical roles, staff management, budget management, and service development.
-High-level clinical expertise, decision-making, supervision, budget management, and IT/data analysis skills.
