About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference Producer to join our team at Media Contacts Ltd. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for producing mid to large-scale B2B conferences that connect industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging industry trends and areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and successful event.
  • International travel to major cities to oversee the execution of the events in person.
  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet business objectives.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of commercial experience in a related field.
  • Self-motivated individual with a flair for visualizing events and bringing them to life.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
