Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in building effective communication channels between our leadership team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our company's products and services.
- Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Manage Digital Platforms: Oversee the development and maintenance of our digital presence, including social media, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and website content.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Measure and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B or B2C industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
