Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our client's production team in Nuneaton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to industrial access panels using spray guns or other application equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare surfaces for powder coating using chemical treatments or sandblasting as required.
  • Select and mix powder coating materials to achieve the desired colour and finish.
  • Apply powder coating using spray guns or other application equipment, ensuring even coverage and thickness to meet company standards.
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain accurate coating application.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment.

Working Hours:

The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm, and Friday, 8am to 3:30pm.

Pay and Benefits:

The hourly rate is £11.44, with an attendance bonus of £1.00 per hour for completing a full week.

Location:

The role is based in the Nuneaton area, with the possibility of on-call work.
