Our Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a recognised industrial Electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition) or minimum Level 3 NVQ. Previous experience working as a Shift Electrician or dedicated Electrical Engineer in a Manufacturing environment is essential. You should also have experience in maintenance programmes, ideally with a buddy system. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills are necessary, along with self-motivation and ability to apply initiative and determination.
