About the Role
Priory Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ashridge in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and outings, promoting social inclusion and community engagement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
