About the Role

Priory Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ashridge in Boston, Lincolnshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and outings, promoting social inclusion and community engagement
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
