High-End Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-employed luxury real estate agent to manage high-end properties in and around Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-end properties, building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The candidate will work closely with other agents and brokers to ensure successful transactions and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury real estate market. Requirements include a proven track record of successful sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of the Cambridge location.
