Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at The Celtic Collection. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Head Chef in achieving our culinary goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support all areas of the kitchen, ensuring food served is of the highest standards.
- Motivate team members to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.
- Assist the Executive Head Chef in achieving goals and objectives.
- Ensure all restaurant requirements and some banqueting are dealt with in an orderly and accelerated manner.
- Assist the Head Chef and act in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Ensure all stock is correctly labelled and rotated, and the kitchen is clean at all times.
- Liaise with the Stewarding team for all cleaning requirements.
- Handle all complaints swiftly and efficiently, and log in the handover book.
- Guarantee that all food items purchased are received and checked against the invoice, then stored in the correct manner.
