About the Role
We are seeking a Special Needs Educator to join our team in the London Borough of Bexley. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and support to students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities
Create personalized learning plans that cater to students' diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, and other complex requirements.
Work collaboratively with support staff to develop strategies that promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents and guardians to ensure consistent communication about student progress.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Implement and reinforce the school's behavior policy to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
