About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while upselling and promoting products to customers.
- Price and merchandise stock and products correctly, ensuring that our stores are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Work collaboratively with the team to unload and unpack deliveries, and assist with stock takes as needed.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
