This role is an exciting opportunity to join Total Training Provision as a Compliance Administrator, providing essential support in the day-to-day operations of our busy offices.

About the Role:

">

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support, ensuring the accurate processing of learner documentation and data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inputting relevant data onto MIS systems, producing management reports, and providing necessary information to other departments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • To input relevant data onto MIS systems to meet contractual requirements">
  • Process learner documentation to meet contractual deadlines">
  • Accurately inputting learner documentation and data into MIS">
  • Data entry">
  • Produce management reports from MIS system on a weekly basis">
  • Provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business and management">
  • Liaise with colleagues and obtain relevant information to process learners' registrations and certification">
  • Support timely and accurate processing of claims">
  • Maintain timely and accurate records">
  • Accurately close and store learner records securely">
  • Maintain reliable and accurate learner records (electronic and paper-based)">
  • Provide day-to-day feedback to Administrative Services Manager on contract performance">
  • Provide effective IAG service with both external and internal clients/customers">
  • Support with internal and external audit processes within the organization">
  • Ensure training premises are well-presented and meet company requirements">
  • Filing and general day-to-day office administration duties as directed">
  • Support staff as and when required in general admin duties such as photocopying and answering the telephone">
  • Ensure all visitors to premises and telephone callers receive welcoming, professional attention">
  • Ad-hoc duties requested from management">

Essential Criteria:

We are looking for someone with experience working in a back-office function that has a strong focus on customer service. You should be IT literate, committed to continuous improvement, and able to work within tight deadlines. A tenacious and results-driven individual who is comfortable under pressure would thrive in this role.

Benefits:

">

Total Training Provision offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 25 days annual leave, extra Christmas shopping day, birthday day off, and 8 Bank Holidays. After 2 years' service, you will receive an additional 2 days leave, and after 5 and 10 years' service, you will receive an additional 2 days leave each time. We also offer health insurance through Westfield Health Plan, early finish Fridays, and discounts through Bright Exchange.
