Certain Advantage is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineering Project Manager to lead our electronics projects to success. This is a senior-level project management position, responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
**Responsibilities**
Lead electronics projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction;
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality metrics;
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies;
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronics industry;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
**Compensation**
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
