At Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal, we offer a comprehensive range of mental health services for young people and adults, set within picturesque landscaped gardens in Cheadle, Stockport.

We are currently seeking experienced RMN's to join our bank team, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide excellent bespoke care to enable our patients to fulfill their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as a key worker, observing/responding to patient behaviors on the ward which may include self-harm and acts of aggression
  • To formulate risk assessments and care plans to meet individual needs
  • To manage medication effectively
  • To maintain the safety of patients and staff
  • To ensure good quality of patient documentation which meets regulatory guidance and statutory requirements
  • To work within the NMC code of conduct and practice guidelines

About You:

  • Active registration with the NMC
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, requests, and professional practices
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to service improvement and quality
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, IT literate

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be paid £16.56 per hour PLUS Sunday enhancements, and will also have access to free onsite parking, subsidised lunches, online benefits, and cashback rewards.
