Job Title: Water Treatment Operations Director

Company Overview:
Future Select Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in water treatment and engineering roles. We are currently seeking an experienced Water Treatment Operations Director to join our team.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This role requires a seasoned professional with a background as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer and recent leadership experience. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the water treatment operations, lead a team of Engineers, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the water treatment operations.
* Lead a team of Engineers with various levels of experience.
* Manage client relationships and follow up on new business enquiries.
* Participate in bid and tender process, assisting Senior Management/Sales Team to create comprehensive bids.
* Schedule works for a large team of Engineers and arrange based on logistics/skill set.
* Identify training requirements within the team and develop Engineers.
* Create RAMS and plans of work.
* Play an active role in the recruitment process.
* Liaise with third parties on site and suppliers to arrange chemicals/equipment.
* Attend client pre-start and update meetings.
* Troubleshoot and answer technical questions.
* Carry out site visits, ensuring work is carried out in line with BSRIA guidelines and timely service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Background as a Pre-Commissioning Engineer and recent leadership experience.
* Clear understanding of client requirements, costs, and timescales of projects.
* Well-versed in BSRIA guidelines.
* Self-sufficient, able to manage own diary and workload.
* Effective communication with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and face-to-face.
