We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Maintenance Technician at The Cavendish London.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for implementing effective preventative and routine maintenance inspections, as well as assisting with the maintenance and repair of mechanical service pumps, valves, boilers, calorifiers, AHU, and auxiliary plant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out general painting, tiling, and other duties as directed
  • Accurately recording all necessary plant information in the appropriate logs and bringing any defects to the attention of the Maintenance Manager
  • Dealing with guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, communicating with other departments when necessary
