Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within the defence and security sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to synthesise complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments
- Understanding of security clearance requirements (BPSS + SC)
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline
