About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Truro. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or both, to live fulfilling lives.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily living skills with our service users
  • Support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their families, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of our service users
