Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments of vehicle damage in line with industry and manufacturer standards.
- Accurately prepare estimates using industry-recognized software (Audatex or similar).
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and swift approvals.
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) in an automotive repair environment.
- Strong knowledge of repair methods and estimating processes.
- Competent in using industry-standard estimating software (Audatex or similar).
- ATA accreditation in Vehicle Damage Assessing (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
