As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Supporting business and ICT system changes, including handling complex data and implementing various databases and software applications.
2. Creating reports and dashboards using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and document processes.

In this role, you will also track project milestones, risks, and deliverables, coordinating with the Business Transformation team and facilitating meetings and workshops for effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
