We are seeking a skilled and flexible Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a Renal Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.

About the Role

This is a zero-hour contract, allowing you to choose your working hours to suit your lifestyle. You will work autonomously, assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for dialysis patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess care needs and develop individualized care plans for dialysis patients
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with experience in renal nursing. You will also need to be flexible and able to work autonomously, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
