SEN Mentor for Young Adults

We are currently working with a specialist Further Education outreach college for 16-25-year-olds with complex needs in Essex and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity is for a Part-Time Outreach Tutor to provide one-to-one support and guidance to a young person with ASD and SEMH. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in floristry, nature photography, and creative pursuits, as well as enjoying keeping fit. Working with young people with SEND can be incredibly rewarding, and we encourage motivated and enthusiastic individuals to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for clients
- Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with the client's team
- Utilize creativity and resourcefulness to engage clients in activities promoting personal growth and development
