Job Overview

Beaumont Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our care team and deliver exceptional standards of care to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being for our residents.
  • Oversee the delivery of person-centered care, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, effective communication, and a positive resident experience.
  • Manage and supervise the care team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our care services are safe, effective, and responsive to resident needs.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and other quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse qualification.
  • Experience of delivering nursing care in an elderly healthcare setting.
  • People management experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing care teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
