About the Role

We are seeking a senior leader to join our TJX Distribution Team as a Shift Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our TK Maxx and Homesense stores stocked with off-price products that customers love.

Key Responsibilities
  • As Duty Manager of the site, you will be accountable for all departments, ensuring the business plan is executed to achieve site targets and being the point of contact and decision maker for all operational issues.
  • You will identify and resolve any production risks, analysing and interpreting a range of business data to leverage operational excellence and achieve KPIs.
  • You will direct and influence teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication.
About You
  • You will be someone who can navigate complexity to find long-term solutions, with a track record of creating a supportive, motivating work environment and getting the best out of every team member.
  • You will be a skilled problem solver who works with the team to identify potential risks and identifies pragmatic solutions and contingency plans.
