Pest Control Technician Role

Rentokil Initial offers a exciting career opportunity for a Graduate Pest Control Technician to join our dedicated team.


The ideal candidate will have a science-based, business management or social science degree and a full UK driving licence.

Job Responsibilities


The successful candidate will start as a Pest Control Technician, providing invaluable support to customers by resolving their pest control issues while receiving comprehensive industry-recognised training.



  • Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
  • Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.

Future Career Opportunities


During the next 12-36 months, there will be opportunities to choose from a variety of career paths, including Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, and Key Account Manager.



  • A full UK driving licence is required.
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for.
