About the Role

Credit Controller responsibilities include: actively chasing overdue debt and pre-emptive calls to ensure invoices are paid on time, reviewing stopped orders regularly for release, working alongside Sales Depots where applicable to clear any overdue balances or queries, identifying and effectively resolving customer queries to maintain good customer service levels, regular debt ledger review, account reconciliations, and unallocated cash.

Requirements

  • Previous Credit Control experience is required.
  • High volume B2B & B2C experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
  • Good time-management and organisational skills are required.
  • High attention to detail is required.
