We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team at Dandara, a leading property development company in the UK.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to meet our business objectives. You will also be working closely with our senior management team to achieve our vision.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness
• Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and website
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and media outlets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Manage the company's brand and reputation through consistent messaging and visual identity

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the property development industry
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM and social media management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
