Overview

Kalda is a digital startup focused on democratizing access to evidence-based care. We are seeking an experienced Adult Clinical Psychologist to join our team.

This non-clinical role offers the opportunity to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, engage in clinical research projects, and maintain accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions for LGBTQIA+, youth, and individuals with neurodiversity.

About You

  • You hold a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • You are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • You have experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs or neurodiversity.
  • You possess strong skills in clinical research methodologies and data analysis.
  • You are committed to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best outcomes for individuals under your supervision.

The Role

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and developmental needs.
  • Assist in screening and routing at-risk individuals and ensuring safeguarding.
  • Engage in clinical research projects to enhance understanding of psychological conditions and treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in clinical psychology practices.

What We Offer

  • A competitive annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

Schedule and Location

  • Monday to Friday, with flexitime options available.
