About Ochil Tower School

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our Leadership Team as Head of Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the education team, parents, and carers to meet the needs of our children and young people.

The Head of Care will work closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement operational strategies, ensuring the service remains responsive to need and in line with National Care Standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of leading and supporting the development and delivery of operational strategies and associated action plans.

We are looking for a candidate who is committed to the Camphill ideology and has a passion for delivering high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the education team, parents, and carers to meet the needs of our children and young people
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the service remains responsive to need
  • Lead and support the development and delivery of operational strategies and associated action plans
  • Ensure effective systems are in place for policies, procedures, and monitoring
