About the Job

We are seeking a Cosmetics Project Leader to join our client's product development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end product development processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product development processes, from ideation to commercialization, for a wide range of beauty and personal care products (skincare, haircare, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure product innovation aligns with brand strategy and market demands.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in product development, ideally within the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: London, hybrid. Estimated Salary: up to £48,000 per annum.
