Exciting Opportunity for a Trailer Mechanic at Kemp Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced Trailer Mechanic to join our team at our Dukinfield site. As a key member of our commercial vehicle and trailer specialist team, you will be responsible for performing general servicing and inspections, executing repairs following depot procedures, and conducting preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HGV trailer repairs, with experience in working on a variety of trailer types. A HGV Class 1 or 2 licence is preferred but not essential.

• Perform routine servicing and inspections of trailers
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks according to depot procedures
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure trailers are roadworthy
• Prepare trailers for MOT testing

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Trailer Mechanic to take their career to the next level. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £40,500 per annum, depending on experience.

• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 1, 2, or 3 certificates or equivalent qualifications and experience
• Technical background in HGV trailer repairs
