Job Title: EAL Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in the English department to identify students who require additional support
  • Work closely with students who are English language learners to help them overcome language barriers
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students in achieving their academic goals
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Desirable but not essential: additional language skills such as Arabic or Urdu
