About the role

As a Finance Analyst, you'll work closely with our Finance Business Partners to support the day-to-day management, tracking, and reporting of financial results. This includes:

  • Curation of strategic / initiative / project financial master data
  • Providing insightful information to drive commercial decisions
  • Periodic financial closing and reporting activities
  • Standardized periodic reporting of financial results and Key Performance Indicators
  • FTE and related cost rate reviews and reporting
  • Financial data reconciliations and review
  • FX analysis
  • Non-labour spend reporting
  • Support P&L forecasting and annual budget cycles

This role is ideal for an individual with a Finance-related degree and 12+ months' experience in a similar role who is looking to take the next step in their career. We offer fully funded study support towards ACCA or CIMA accreditation in this role.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ months' experience in a Financial Analysis or similar role.
  • Proven experience of working with large data sets with demonstrably strong MS Excel skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a numerically focused discipline such as Finance & Accountancy, Mathematics, Economics etc and ideally studying towards an accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
