Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Moderator to join our team at Robert Walters Operations Limited. As a Digital Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review: Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our platform's guidelines and policies.
  • Content Moderation: Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content, including spam, abuse, and misinformation.
  • User Engagement: Respond to user reports, complaints, and issues regarding content violations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Policy Development: Assist in developing and refining moderation policies and guidelines as our platform grows.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the customer support and community management teams to resolve content-related issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in content moderation technologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team discussions on improving content curation and platform safety.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of content moderation actions and user behavior patterns.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism: Candidates for this role must be bilingual (French, German, Spanish & Italian preferred)
  • Content Moderation Experience: Proven experience in content moderation, social media management, or community engagement.
  • High Volume Content Management: Ability to manage high volumes of content and stay composed under pressure.
  • Content Moderation Tools: Experience working with content moderation tools and software, such as Asana or Zendesk.
  • Community Guidelines: Strong understanding of community guidelines, platform policies, and content management processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to make quick and fair judgment calls.
  • Digital Platforms: Knowledge of digital platforms and trends, with a keen interest in user-generated content and creator communities.
  • Empathy and Patience: Empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset when interacting with users.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
